Willie "Big Eyes" Smith's 2008 album, Born in Arkansas, utilized Flynn, plus bassist Bob Stroger, pianist Barrelhouse Chuck, Little Frank Krakowski and Smith's son, drummer Kenny "Beedy Eyes" Smith.
